The City of Ann Arbor is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician - Housing to maintain and repair apartments and building systems under the supervision of the Facilities & Maintenance Manager. You will handle repairs, preventive maintenance, and work orders, working solo or in teams.
Responsibilities include managing equipment, materials, inventory, and stock items, as well as loading and unloading inventory.
Starting Rate: $22.41 (This rate is non-negotiable and there is a 6-month probationary period). After hire, pay increases are dependent on length of service, advancement in the position, and other contractual factors.
