Job summary

Crowne Plaza Hotel - Louisville Airport is seeking a Maintenance Technician to diagnose problems and perform repairs to keep the property in optimal condition while adhering to safety standards. You will handle diverse tasks across building systems, utilities and equipment, and respond promptly to service requests.

The role requires basic technical knowledge, ability to operate tools, and strict compliance with site safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of related experience preferred.
• General knowledge of plumbing, electric, and/or HVAC preferred.
• One to two years of vocational/technical training or an Associate's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems and perform repairs to maintain property condition and safety.
• Install and maintain utilities, production and facility equipment.
• Perform building maintenance tasks in carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, etc.
• Support emergency, unscheduled repairs for production and utilities equipment.
• Use hand and power tools, meters and equipment safely and effectively.
