Qualifications

• Prior experience in a security role.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Windows applications.
• CPR First Aid certification desired.
• Professional presentation required.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
• Highly responsible and reliable.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the overall safety and security of guests, associates and hotel premises.
• Oversee comprehensive training for new Officers.
• Monitor staff performance and activities.
• Complete daily reports.
• Identify and report potentially hazardous conditions or situations.
• Respond to emergencies in a timely manner.
• Patrol the property and monitor surveillance equipment.
• Provide professional, friendly and engaging service.
• Investigate and report violations of law or hotel policy.
• Report and investigate accidents, complaints, and crisis situations.
• Maintain daily Activity Reports and key control audits.
• Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way.
• Follow department policies and service standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
