Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education required.
• Previous engineering experience required.
• HVAC and/or Electrical certification or training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctions in mechanical and electrical systems (HVAC, plumbing).
• Perform and document preventative maintenance on HVAC units and building systems.
• Maintain guest rooms and public areas per Chief Engineer's procedures.
• Maintain and service hotel laundry equipment and pool/spa systems.
• Assist with safety training and guest information; keep maintenance logs up to date.
