Job summary

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain clearances.

Responsibilities

• Facilities preventative maintenance, repair, renovation, removal, and disposal.
• Tools, inventory management and job tracking.
• Perform building inspections and provide material quotes.
• Carry out maintenance in plumbing, carpentry, painting, HVAC, electrical and related areas.
• Repair or replace window coverings, door hardware, and general upkeep.
• Prepare for inclement weather and manage facility tie-downs.
• Move and relocate furniture and appliances as needed.
• Vegetation control and minor facilities maintenance work.
