Job summary

Responsibilities include minor electrical, plumbing, and mechanical tasks, handling work orders, and coordinating with dispatchers and supervisors. The role requires 2–5 years in facility maintenance and a valid driving record.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good driving record and ability to pass background/drug screening.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2–5 years of facility maintenance experience.
• Able to stand, climb ladders, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to drive a company vehicle between locations.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems.
• Inspect building envelopes and report deficiencies.
• Replace HVAC filters and perform minor repairs.
• Address minor plumbing issues.
• Coordinate with dispatcher and supervisors regarding work orders and schedules.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and proper documentation.
