Job summary

Camelot Facility & Property Management is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Technician to support multiple client facilities across North Texas. The role involves driving to various locations to perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and inspections.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of general maintenance experience and be comfortable with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. A valid Texas driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years general maintenance experience in a commercial environment, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems without constant supervision.
• Knowledge of computer systems and Microsoft Office products.

• Drive a company-provided vehicle between client locations performing repairs, preventive maintenance, inspections, and service calls.
• Troubleshoot HVAC issues, perform basic maintenance, and handle repairs as they arise.

Camelot Services is looking for a Mobile Maintenance Technician to support multiple client facilities across the North Texas area. If you’ve got experience with building/facility maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or general repairs — and you enjoy solving problems on the go — we want to hear from you!

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Drive a company-provided vehicle between client locations performing repairs, preventive maintenance, inspections, and service calls.
• Troubleshoot HVAC issues, perform basic maintenance, and handle repairs as they arise.
• Complete plumbing repairs including faucets, flush valves, and drains.
• Perform electrical troubleshooting and basic lighting repairs.
• Replace filters, belts, and condenser fan motors.
• Conduct general building repairs and maintenance.
• Respond to service calls and work orders; inspect equipment and identify issues before they become problems.
• Work with vendors and contractors when needed; maintain accurate notes, work orders, and repair updates.
• Maintain clean, safe, organized work areas.
• Use a mobile work order system to manage daily assignments and stay connected with supervisors and dispatch.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of general maintenance experience in a commercial environment, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems without constant supervision.
• Knowledge of computer systems and Microsoft Office products.
• Willingness to stay active and move between job sites.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Take pride in delivering quality work.
• Valid Texas driver’s license with a good driving record.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Capability to safely lift/carry up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, work safely, and exercise good judgment.
