Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related experience in facilities maintenance.
• Must have a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Clean facilities by sweeping and dusting.
• Perform maintenance and light repairs.
• Conduct routine landscaping on the grounds.
• Paint and fill gaps on walls and sidewalks.
• Undertake light installations or carpeting.
• Repair equipment or appliances.
• Assist tradespeople with repairs.
• Identify and report major repair needs.
• Operate company van for pickups and deliveries.

Skills

Ability to follow technical operating manuals

Use of various tools

Climbing ladders and lifting heavy materials

Strong problem-solving skills

Troubleshooting electrical, plumbing, carpentry issues

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Associate or Trade School degree preferred
