Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Craft apprenticeship preferred for skilled trades.
• Experience in general maintenance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform diversified duties to install and maintain facilities and equipment.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs and scheduled maintenance.
• Read and interpret manuals and work orders to perform maintenance.
• Diagnose problems, replace/repair parts, test and adjust.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas; comply with safety regulations.
