Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance of all company facilities including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs with internal teams and external vendors.
• Assist management with tracking expenses, contracts with vendors, and safety compliance.
• Respond to facility-related emergencies and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and compliance documents.
• Collaborate on facility improvements, renovations, or space reconfigurations.
