Germain of Florida- BMW, Lexus and Honda in Naples, FL is hiring a Facilities Maintenance Technician to care for our dealership's buildings, grounds and equipment. You will perform routine repairs, coordinate with custodial and landscaping teams, and ensure facilities are safe, clean and customer-ready.

Ideal candidates have hands-on maintenance experience, knowledge of electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems, and the ability to diagnose issues independently.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities maintenance, handyman, or related roles.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems.
• Able to diagnose issues and work independently.
• Experience using hand and power tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine building maintenance and repairs.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on dealership facilities and equipment.
• Oversee Custodial and Landscaping teams.
• Monitor HVAC systems and coordinate with vendors.
• Respond to maintenance requests and ensure safety compliance.
• Assist with renovations and facility improvements.
