Germain of Florida- BMW, Lexus and Honda in Naples, FL, is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to maintain the dealership buildings, grounds, and equipment. You will keep facilities clean, safe, functional, and customer-ready.

You will perform routine repairs, preventive maintenance, and supervise custodial and landscaping teams, ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies while supporting special projects and renovations.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities/handyman maintenance or similar.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and building systems.
• Ability to diagnose and solve maintenance issues independently.
• Experience using hand and power tools safely.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work indoors/outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine building maintenance and repairs.
