Germain Honda in Naples, FL is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to maintain buildings, grounds and equipment, ensuring a clean, safe, and customer-ready environment.

You will perform routine repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC and general building systems, supervise custodial and landscaping teams, coordinate with vendors and support facility renovations. Successful candidates bring hands-on maintenance experience and attention to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous facilities maintenance, handyman, building maintenance, or similar experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems.
• Ability to diagnose and solve maintenance issues independently.
• Experience operating hand and power tools safely.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
