Job summary

Germain of Florida- BMW, Lexus and Honda in Naples, FL is hiring a Facilities Maintenance Technician to care for our dealership buildings, grounds and equipment. You will perform routine maintenance, preventive tasks, basic repairs, oversee Custodial and Landscaping teams, monitor HVAC, and coordinate with vendors to keep facilities safe and customer-ready.

Candidates should have hands-on maintenance experience, knowledge of electrical/plumbing/HVAC, tools, driving license, and the ability to

Qualifications

• Previous facilities maintenance, handyman, building maintenance, or similar experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems.
• Ability to diagnose and solve maintenance issues independently.
• Experience operating hand and power tools safely.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine building maintenance and repairs.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on dealership facilities and equipment.
• Complete basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs.
• Oversee Custodial teams.
• Oversee Landscaping teams.
• Minor repairs to building components.
• Monitor and maintain HVAC systems; coordinate with outside vendors.
• Set up and move furniture, equipment, and displays as required.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Assist with special projects, renovations, and facility improvements.
• Monitor facility supplies and maintenance inventory.
