Job summary

Germain of Florida- BMW, Lexus and Honda in Naples, FL is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to keep our dealership buildings, grounds and equipment clean, safe, and customer-ready. You will perform routine repairs, preventive maintenance, and oversee custodial and landscaping teams, while coordinating with outside vendors and supporting facility improvements.

Candidates should have experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems, plus a valid driver's license

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities or building maintenance is preferred.
• Ability to diagnose and solve maintenance issues independently.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work indoors/outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine building maintenance and repairs.
• Schedule and oversee custodial and landscaping teams.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on facilities and equipment.
• Repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and drywall tasks.
• Monitor and maintain HVAC systems; coordinate with vendors.
• Set up furniture and displays and respond to maintenance requests.
• Ensure safety standards and assist with renovations.
