Qualifications

• High school education
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating manuals
• Experience with light maintenance work and campus facilities

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, clean, well-maintained campus facility
• Perform basic repairs and assist trades (plumbers, carpenters, HVAC, electricians, locksmiths)
• Maintain tools and equipment used in maintenance work areas
• Identify safety concerns and report to supervisor promptly
• Support event setup and breakdown of furniture
• On-call program participation and campus service support
