Qualifications

• Experience in facilities, maintenance, building services, or a related trade.
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance practices.
• Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or general maintenance work.
• Ability to safely use hand tools and maintenance equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A positive, customer-focused attitude.
• The ability to remain calm and professional in urgent situations.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections across the site.
• Troubleshooting and repairing equipment, fixtures, and facility systems.
• Completing daily health & safety, fire safety, and maintenance checks.
• Supporting electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general repair tasks.
• Assisting with the installation and maintenance of new equipment and attraction developments.
• Maintaining tools, equipment, and workspaces in a safe and organized manner.
• Supporting opening and closing procedures for the attraction.
• Contributing to annual maintenance planning and continuous site improvements.
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with company policies and safety regulations.
• Providing friendly and professional interactions with guests and team members.
