You will perform inspections, cleaning, and repairs to keep operations smooth, following schedules and guidelines. The position emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and hands-on skill in multiple crafts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs at a time.
• Can climb ladders and work at heights.
• Comfortable with varied temperatures and environment.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist or perform maintenance tasks under supervision.
• Maintain and repair facilities, equipment using basic craft skills (plumbing, electrical, carpentry).
• Use work order system to receive and document repairs.
• Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect facilities and diagnose issues.
