Job summary

HHM Facility Management, LLC is seeking a Utility Technician to perform general maintenance and repairs for equipment and facilities in Olathe, KS. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and may involve operating basic tools and light vehicles.

Responsibilities

Performs general repairs such as drywall, painting, and repairing doors and fixtures.
May operate power tools and vehicles such as leaf blowers and utility trucks.
Maintains grounds including snow removal and trimming limbs or bushes.
Performs routine maintenance on building systems.
Cleans and assists with upkeep of the facilities.
Orders supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
