Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to maintain the facility, grounds, and equipment in a high-production environment in Kansas. You will perform carpentry, electrical, HVAC and general maintenance tasks, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure safety and compliance.

The role requires 9–10 hour shifts, ability to lift 75 lbs, and willingness to travel as needed. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are required, with prior maintenance experience

Qualifications

• Proven carpentry and framing experience typical of commercial/industrial building maintenance.
• Knowledge and experience in applying general maintenance practices and mechanical aptitude.
• Able to lift and carry 75 lbs.
• Reading and following technical instructions, schematics, wiring diagrams.
• Able to read/write English to the degree necessary for the job.
• Ability to troubleshoot electro-magnetic equipment is a plus.
• Solution-focused mindset to improve processes and see projects through to completion.
• 9–10 hour days, standing for most of the shift.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair of the facility, production equipment, and grounds while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
• Carpentry, remodeling, and minor construction tasks including doors, shelving and finishes.
• Communicate status of completed and upcoming work via email or to supervisor.
• Replace light bulbs and electrical components; perform basic electrical repairs.
• Prepare and complete PM documentation for all work performed.
• HVAC preventive maintenance and routine servicing.
• Roof, window and door repairs; basic grounds work and snow removal.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors; ensure safety protocols.
