Qualifications

• Multiple language fluency desirable.

Responsibilities

• Walk floors and report issues to supervisors.
• Follow safety precautions at all times.
• Maintain relationships with building staff.
• Paint common areas and touch up as needed.
• Complete daily work orders.
• Maintain equipment in good condition.
• Perform minor repairs across carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting and flooring.
• Operate safely and learn new equipment before use.
