Pay is based on experience. This position will assist in the day-to-day maintenance of community property and village residencies. Preserves residents' dignity, honors resident's rights, provides good customer service, communicates appropriately, and adheres to

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 1–3 years related experience or equivalent.
• Plumbing experience preferred.
• Physical ability to perform duties such as lifting up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Daily collection of debris throughout the campus/property.
• Clean and remove leaves/debris from gutters where applicable; climb ladders as needed.
• Pressure wash walkways and driveways across the campus/property.
• Operate basic hand and power tools for maintenance tasks.
• Change light bulbs, A/C filters, and ceiling tiles.
• Assist Maintenance Mechanic/Engineer on major projects.
