Job summary

Westminster Woods on Julington Creek in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a full-time Housekeeper to clean residences, Health Center rooms, bathrooms and residents’ common areas.

Qualified candidates will have a high school education or equivalent and up to one month of related experience; experience in a healthcare setting with older adults is desirable. Responsibilities

• Cleans residential units, resident's rooms and common areas (including stairwells).
• Sanitizes Health Center rooms after move-out or before move-in.
• Maintains dining areas cleaned and sanitized (twice daily).
• Cleans, dusts, sweeps, mops and vacuums assigned areas daily.
• Removes garbage including biohazards as contracted.
• Performs cleaning duties for services contracted by independent residents.

We are seeking a full- time Housekeeper. Job duties include cleaning residences; apartments; Health Center rooms and bathrooms and residential common areas.

HOUSEKEEPER ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Cleans residential units, resident's rooms and common areas (including stairwells) of assigned work areas.
• Responsible for sanitizing Health Center rooms after a move-out or prior to a move-in.
• Send or bring "protectors" to the laundry area after being used by residents during each meal.
• Maintain dining areas cleaned and sanitized (at least twice daily).
• Cleaning, dusting, sanitizing, sweeping, mopping and vacuuming daily of assigned work areas.
• Garbage removal including biohazards removal (by contracted vendor) from the assigned areas.
• Cleaning duties/functions as contracted by independent residents.
