Job summary

The City of Crestview is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support building and facility maintenance across public facilities. You will perform custodial tasks, light repairs, and assist with improvements to ensure clean, safe, and functional spaces.

Responsibilities include transporting supplies, performing preventative maintenance, and assisting senior staff on projects. Must be physically capable and dependable with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning and custodial tasks in and around facilities.
• Carry out light maintenance like painting, minor carpentry, basic plumbing/electrical tasks under supervision.
• Assist with facility improvement projects and preventative maintenance.
• Transport and deliver supplies from approved vendors.
• Load/unload and organize materials in storage and job sites.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and report shortages.
