Job summary

Peak Properties, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform cleaning and light maintenance across our properties. You will handle routine tasks, respond to work orders, and support safety and cleanliness initiatives onsite.

The role involves janitorial duties, basic repairs, and coordination with Property Managers and Maintenance Supervisors to ensure high standards of property care and tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in janitorial duties.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Certifications/licenses as may be required by local or state jurisdictions.
• Competence with and/or desire to learn and use systems/tools (Yardi, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders.
• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Service, clean, disinfect restroom and restock soap and paper dispensers.
• Monitor and maintain interior plants.
• Replace lightbulbs inside and out of property as needed.
• Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems.
