Job summary

Qualifications

• Background check and drug screen required.
• Valid driver’s license with endorsements and minimum 3 years driving experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least one year in maintenance and general building maintenance.
• Regular and preventative maintenance and repairs to facilities will be performed.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular and preventative maintenance and repairs to facilities as assigned.
• Report any equipment needs and repairs immediately to supervisor.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment in good working order.
• Assist in monitoring regulatory compliance of buildings, equipment, and grounds.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
