Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years' experience in an affiliated construction trade or property maintenance.

• Must be proactive, enthusiastic, patient, flexible, and able to handle crisis situations calmly.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Performs grounds checks daily and addresses safety concerns.
• Conducts periodic inspections of facilities and vehicles.
• Monitors buildings for fire/safety code compliance.
• Arranges rooms for meetings and moves furniture as needed.
• Coordinates with vendors and escorts visiting contractors.
• Provides courier services and shuttles vehicles for inspection.
