Job summary

Allen Distribution is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Maintenance department. The role maintains facilities and equipment, ensuring compliance with food safety guidelines and safety protocols, reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor.

The position is full-time, non-exempt, on a 1st shift (Monday–Friday) with overtime as needed. Salary is based on experience and aligns with our drive for reliability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Intermediate ability to repair mechanical, pneumatic, structural and electrical assets.
• Knowledge of safety regulations including SDS and chemical exposure.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical, pneumatic and electrical repairs following codes.
• Provide 24-hour maintenance on call for non-IS assets.
• Coordinate with workload scheduler on daily repairs.
• Handle department vendor approvals and purchasing with authorization.
• Ensure food safety and compliance with regulations.
• Maintain security access and training compliance.
