Job summary

Allen Distribution in Fogelsville, PA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain facilities, equipment and grounds in line with safety and quality standards. This is a full-time, non-exempt role on the 1st shift (Monday–Friday) with overtime as needed.

The technician will perform mechanical, pneumatic and electrical repairs (non-IS assets), support food safety and security programs, and work with the Maintenance Supervisor to meet daily goals and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proficient in repairing mechanical, pneumatic and electrical systems.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and food-safety guidelines is preferred.
• Capable of prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Willing to learn new maintenance techniques as tasks evolve.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical, pneumatic and electrical repairs on facilities and assets (non-IS).
• Provide 24-hour maintenance on-call for non-commercial truck equipment.
• Coordinate with workload scheduler for daily repairs and updates.
• Adhere to safety, food safety and security policies and SOPs.
