Target Corp in Lake City, FL is seeking an entry-level Engineering & Facilities Maintenance Technician 1 to maintain and repair automated material handling and facility equipment, ensuring high equipment availability in our food distribution center.

You will perform preventive maintenance, read schematics, use handheld devices, and collaborate across teams, with a Tuesday–Friday 8:00pm–6:00am shift and strong safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic wiring diagrams, symbols and electrical measuring.
• Experience in maintenance of industrial equipment preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical aspects of MHE on site.
• Demonstrate proficiency with hydraulic, pneumatic systems and AC/DC motors.
• Adjust, repair or replace belts, bearings, chains and cables.
• Troubleshoot motors, sensors, relays and solenoids; calibrate equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on facility equipment including HVAC and conveyors.
• Read electrical schematics and use basic electrical/Electronic knowledge.
• Follow safety procedures and operate with PPE; document work orders.
