Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a Facilities Services team member to keep the store clean and welcoming. You will perform routine cleaning of showers and restrooms, wash towels, and assist with light maintenance to ensure a safe guest experience.

This role supports guest satisfaction with fast, friendly service and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work nights, days, weekends, and holidays as needed. PTO, benefits, and a supportive team are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be a highly motivated self-starter and able to work as part of a team.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk most of the day.
• Flexibility to work nights, days, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness of the store.
• Clean showers and restroom facilities.
• Wash, load, and unload towels for showers.
• Perform general repair/maintenance of the store.
• Pick up and take out all trash around the travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
