Pilot Company is seeking a team-focused maintenance associate for our travel centers. The role emphasizes keeping the store clean, maintaining shower and restroom facilities, handling towels for showers, and performing general maintenance while delivering excellent guest service to every guest, whether a professional driver, commuter, or traveler.

Candidates should be flexible to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store
• Cleaning showers and restroom facilities
• Washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers
• Performing general repair/ maintenance of the store
• Picking up and taking all trash around travel center
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities
