Job summary

Pilot Company is hiring for store maintenance/cleaning roles at our travel centers. You will maintain cleanliness, clean showers and restrooms, handle towels, and assist with general repairs while delivering excellent guest service to all guests.

Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds, work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and thrive in a team setting. Training and opportunities across roles are available.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays.
• Highly motivated self-starters.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store
• Cleaning showers and restroom facilities
• Washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers
• Performing general repair/ maintenance of the store
• Picking up and taking all trash around travel center
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities
