Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years general janitorial and/or maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on all assigned facilities, interior and exterior, within scheduled hours.
• Follow security protocols when entering/leaving facilities.
• Identify and report major repair needs (roof leaks, doors/windows, HVAC, etc.).
• Carry out carpentry repairs (doors, ceiling tiles, painting, fixtures).
• Perform electrical repairs (ballasts, bulbs, exterior lights).
• Handle plumbing repairs (toilets, sinks, leaks).
• Purchase supplies and materials for projects.
• Move and arrange furniture, hang fixtures and signage.
• Paint interior/exterior walls; repair walls as needed.
• Clean carpets and maintenance of tile floors; assist elevator testing.
• Support janitorial services and vehicle maintenance as needed.
