Job summary

White's Honda Toyota of Lima is seeking a reliable Facilities Maintenance Technician to help keep our dealership facilities clean, safe, and operating efficiently.

The role involves performing general maintenance, coordinating repairs with vendors, and ensuring timely completion of projects while upholding professional standards. Part-time hours are 25–30 per week with hourly pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift, bend, climb ladders, and perform physical work as needed.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building and property maintenance and basic repairs.
• Complete routine maintenance tasks in a timely manner.
• Identify maintenance needs and recommend repairs or improvements.
• Coordinate larger repair projects with preferred vendors.
• Obtain quotes for maintenance and improvement projects.
• Schedule repairs and maintenance with vendors.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors before, during, and after projects.
• Follow up on project completion and manage punch lists to ensure work meets expectations.
• Maintain strong working relationships with preferred vendors.
• Help ensure the dealership grounds and facilities present a clean, professional appearance.
