White's Honda Toyota of Lima is seeking a reliable Facilities Maintenance Technician to support dealership facilities. The role involves general building maintenance, coordinating repairs, and ensuring a clean, safe environment.

Responsibilities include scheduling with vendors, obtaining quotes, and managing punch lists. The ideal candidate works independently, communicates well, and holds a valid driver’s license. Part-time position, evenings/weekends may be required.

White's Honda Toyota of Lima is looking for a reliable, self-motivated individual to join our team as a Facilities Maintenance Technician. This position is responsible for helping maintain our dealership facilities, coordinating repairs, and ensuring our property remains clean, safe, and operating efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building and property maintenance and basic repairs.
• Complete routine maintenance tasks in a timely manner.

Compensation

Pay is based on experience.

Part time position only. 25‑30 Hours /week. Hourly pay. Monday‑Friday. Some Saturdays as needed.
