Job summary

Responsibilities include scheduling with vendors, obtaining quotes, and managing punch lists. The ideal candidate works independently, communicates well, and holds a valid driver’s license. Part-time position, evenings/weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of building maintenance, repairs, and general handyman work.

This position is responsible for helping maintain our dealership facilities, coordinating repairs, and ensuring our property remains clean, safe, and operating efficiently.
