Job summary

Hillside Honda is seeking a Facility and Building Maintenance professional to keep the showroom, waiting areas, and offices clean and orderly. This role supports daily sanitation, stock management in the file room, and proactive upkeep of public spaces.

The position includes handling trash and debris removal, light repairs, outdoor maintenance in winter, and keeping customer areas neat and presentable for guests arriving at the dealership.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in the showroom, waiting areas, and administrative offices.
• Clean and restock restrooms daily. Help in file room with moving file boxes.
• Empty wastebaskets, clear cardboard and recycling, and keep the property free of litter and hazard items.
• Perform minor facility fixes, change light bulbs, touch up paint, or report major plumbing and electrical issues to management.
• Maintain outdoor areas, shovel snow or salt walkways in winter, pull weeds, and sweep parking aprons.
• Maintain coffee stations, seating zones, and display items in the waiting room.
