You will handle routine repairs, assist with safety inspections, move equipment, and support all departments with maintenance tasks, while staying adaptable to weather and shifting priorities.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand up to 8 hours.
• Experience with basic maintenance and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform and coordinate maintenance of dealership building, electrical, and machinery.
• Troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Move furniture, equipment, and vehicles as directed.
• Maintain lighting and display items in ready-for-use status.
• Deliver and pick up equipment to off-site locations and load/unload materials.
• Inspect buildings to confirm safety standards.
• Oversee company grounds and buildings to ensure a safe and functioning environment.
