Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in facilities maintenance, construction, or a related hands-on field.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Experience with—or willingness to learn—Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Strong work ethic and comfort performing physically demanding tasks.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience creating purchase orders and coordinating with vendors.
• Exposure to facility compliance, safety standards, or regulatory requirements.
• Basic understanding of hazardous material handling.
• Willingness to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, aerial lifts, and scissor lifts.
• Trade school or technical certification is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing repairs, drywall patching, painting, and basic electrical work.

Key Responsibilities

General Maintenance & Repairs

• Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing repairs, drywall patching, painting, and basic electrical work

• Safely lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 lbs

Preventative Maintenance & Operations
