Job summary

JLL is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to support operation, inspection, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in Warren, NJ. You will assist the Hard Services Manager, perform inspections, and complete tasks across interior and exterior areas, including fixtures, lighting, and roofing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent technical training.
• Refrigeration and/or electrician license a plus.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
• 3–5 years of applicable building repair and maintenance experience.
• Experience in a GMP or GxP environment preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with CMMS programs.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive and repair work orders on mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Conduct facility inspections and due diligence; report conditions affecting occupancy.
• Carry out interior maintenance like hanging items and repairing furniture and doors.
• Assist facilities team with building and equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Move office furniture and equipment as requested; replace lighting and ballasts.
• Clean HVAC coils, change filters; assist lead HVAC tech; perform plumbing tasks.
