Job summary

Environmental Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to operate at our processing facility, performing repairs and routine maintenance to keep facilities and equipment operational.

The role involves basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC tasks, with attention to safety and the ability to read technical manuals. The ideal candidate will have experience with hand and power tools, good communication skills, and the strength to lift up to 60 pounds in a physical work environment.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Experience using hand and electrical tools.
• Ability to read technical manuals and drawings.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor fixes such as repairing doors and routine maintenance.
• Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues.
• Install equipment.
• Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs.
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems (e.g. ventilation).
• Check functionality of safety systems (e.g. fire alarm).
