Job summary

Path Environmental Technology LLC is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician to repair, maintain, install, and enhance a wide range of machinery and equipment. You will contribute to the preventative maintenance program and ensure safety compliance across all tasks performed on site.

You will troubleshoot, calibrate, and document results, while coordinating with vendors and internal teams. The role requires outdoor work in varied conditions and physical stamina, with a typical 8-hour shift

Qualifications

• Associate degree in electrical, mechanical, or technology field, or HS diploma with 2–3 years technical maintenance or related experience.
• Maintain a valid DOT medical card.
• Licenses/certifications may include OSHA, HAZMAT, mechanical, depending on state.
• Active and unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs; pass a physical.

Responsibilities

• Repairs, installs, and adjusts process equipment and other company equipment.
• Troubleshoots to diagnose problems; performs routine preventative maintenance.
• Modifies and tests equipment to improve uptime and reliability.
• Maintains a clean work environment.
• Maintains and updates process documentation electronically.
• Supervises equipment modifications for process changes, new models, and expansions.
• Updates daily maintenance logs.
• Follow safety policies and procedures strictly.
• Lubrication, cleaning, filter changes, etc. for preventive maintenance.
• Alignments and calibrations of equipment; document results.
• Troubleshoots and repairs mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Operates hand and power tools; discharges duties.
• Design, development, and implementation of preventative maintenance programs.
• Uses computer programs to track and update jobs and service requests.
• Refer to manuals and vendor resources for troubleshooting.
• Source and order parts, supplies, and services.
• Safely operate forklifts and man-lifts, following safety standards.
• Ensure equipment is safe and compliant with Lock-Out Tag-Out.

Education

Associate degree in electrical/mechanical/technology field

High School Diploma/GED with 2-3 years technical maintenance experience

DOT medical card

Unrestricted Driver’s License

State/Certifications: OSHA, HAZMAT, mechanical
