Job summary

Qualifications

• Academic training related to refrigeration, electricity, and/or plumbing is required.
• Must hold a valid license and belong to a professional association related to HVAC and refrigeration.
• Certification in air conditioning and refrigeration systems is required.
• Four years of professional experience with refrigeration, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Knowledge of refrigeration, air conditioning, electrical safety, piping, and motors.

Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive maintenance/repair of HVAC systems, including preventive maintenance.
• Conduct essential plumbing and electrical repairs to ensure functionality.
• Adhere to OSHA, EPA, NIOSH, NFPA, ASME, NEC standards in all work.
• Complete work orders and preventive maintenance tasks with accuracy.
• Support general maintenance tasks including pest control and cleaning as needed.
