Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Electrical, plumbing, heating, sprinkler experience and CNC troubleshooting.
• Prior experience in production or manufacturing.
• Degree not required, coursework preferred.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Basic computing skills with email/ databases.

Responsibilities

• Repair plant electrical systems, plumbing, heating; installation support.
• Perform minor repairs to buildings and grounds.
• Install new equipment or assist in installations.
• Participate in Kaizen events and safety teams.
• Maintain CNC equipment and complete daily work reports.
• Conduct weekly fire prevention inspections and environmental compliance.
• Handle hazardous waste in accordance with regulations.
