Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting) and document equipment history.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues with building infrastructure.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting with specialized tools and interpret schematics.
• Respond to maintenance work orders promptly and effectively.
• Support facility-related tasks including painting, carpentry, and grounds upkeep.
• Actively participate in the Emergency Response Team (ERT).
• Provide guidance and training to junior technicians.
• Collaborate with staff and vendors to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regs, and environmental standards; maintain audits-ready records.
