Job summary

McKesson’s brand new temperature controlled automated Distribution Center in Uxbridge, MA is hiring Facility Maintenance Service Representatives. You will ensure safe, efficient operation by monitoring building systems, conducting routine inspections, and coordinating maintenance activities.

The ideal candidate has DC/industrial maintenance experience, strong troubleshooting, and safety commitment. Two shifts: 1pm-9:30pm or 8am-4:30pm; OT as needed.

Qualifications

Experience maintaining and repairing equipment in a DC, manufacturing, or industrial setting.
Strong troubleshooting skills and a commitment to safety.
Ability to interact with frontline employees, vendors and leadership.
Working knowledge of Lockout/Tagout procedures and OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

Monitor building systems and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure uptime.
Conduct routine inspections and evaluate facility needs for improvements.
Recommend space utilization improvements and support uninterrupted operations.
Collaborate with teams to perform preventive maintenance and repairs as needed.
OT may be required; shifts include 1pm–9:30pm or 8am–4:30pm.
