McKesson’s brand new temperature controlled automated Distribution Center in Uxbridge, MA is hiring Facility Maintenance Service Representatives. You will ensure safe, efficient operation by monitoring building systems, conducting routine inspections, and coordinating maintenance activities.
The ideal candidate has DC/industrial maintenance experience, strong troubleshooting, and safety commitment. Two shifts: 1pm-9:30pm or 8am-4:30pm; OT as needed.

Compensation: The hourly pay range for this position is $30-35/hr (depending upon experience). The afternoon shift also comes with a $1/hr shift differential.
Facilities Representatives are eligible to participate in a company incentive plan and can earn up to an additional 5% of their salary (roughly $260-285/pay). Bonus is paid out bi-weekly. In addition to bonus, there are other benefits such as dental, health, 401K, generous PTO and more.
2 Shifts available: Monday to Friday, 1pm-9:30pm OR Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm
Note: OT mandatory if required. Shift may change based on needs of the business.

This position involves ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of the distribution center facility by monitoring building systems, conducting routine inspections, and coordinating maintenance activities. This individual will evaluate facility needs, recommend improvements to optimize space utilization, and support uninterrupted operations through proactive facility management and maintenance practices.
The ideal candidate will have experience maintaining and repairing equipment in a distribution center, manufacturing, or industrial environment, along with strong troubleshooting skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
