Facility Maintenance Service - Distribution Center

Location: Jeffersonville, OH, USA - 8200 Bluegrass Blvd

Shift: Sunday to Thursday, 5pm-1:30am. Note: shift subject to change. OT mandatory if required.

Compensation: Competitive base pay plus $1.50/hr shift differential. Benefits include health, dental, prescription coverage, paid time off, stock purchase plan, 401K, education reimbursement, flexible work arrangements, maternity and caregiver leave.

Job Summary

McKesson’s temperature‑controlled Distribution Center in Jeffersonville, OH is hiring a Facility/Maintenance/Service Technician. The role requires repair experience and knowledge of a broad range of complex facility systems, excellent troubleshooting skills, and ability to perform complex technical tasks.

This position offers a broad range of generalist tasks: building maintenance, repairs of internal/external areas, and assistance with service and repairs of conveyor systems and other distribution equipment.

What You Will Need

• Facility, maintenance, or service technician experience, preferably in a warehouse environment
• Troubleshooting and repair experience with a variety of equipment used in a distribution center environment
• Knowledge and safe usage of various types of equipment in the maintenance/facility trade (hand tools, power tools, conveyors, forklifts, pressure gauges, voltmeters, etc.)
• Basic knowledge/exposure to warehouse work environments
• Basic knowledge/exposure to various trades (mechanical, electrical, millwright, HVAC, etc.)
• Knowledge of lock out/tag out and OSHA
• Work order experience
• Experience operating power equipment considered an asset; location willing to train but must maintain certifications
• Openness to assist with minor tasks such as picking up garbage on the floor or repairing DC equipment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Involves standing, sitting, walking, general labor, ladder, scissor lift & forklift use, climbing up to four story heights in a warehouse environment
• May work at heights and in cold areas at times
