Job summary

Partners Pharmacy is hiring a Maintenance Pharmacy Technician to oversee daily upkeep of the facility, including minor plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and cosmetic repairs. Responsibilities include rounds, preventive maintenance, and coordinating with staff to improve living areas.

Requires a high school diploma and 2+ years on-the-job experience; preferred experience with trades and multiple tools. This is a full-time role with weekday hours and on-site work at the Marlborough site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum two years on-the-job experience is required.
• Minimum one year construction or professional trade experience is preferred.
• Experience with multiple hand and power tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily physical plant rounds and inspection of the facility for issues to be repaired.
• Preventive maintenance rounds of the physical plant.
• Minor plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and cosmetic repairs; painting is a must.
• Perform daily plant rounds and adjust lighting and cosmetic issues as needed.
• Check maintenance request log books at least three times a day and correct as needed.
• Assist staff and supervisors with additional duties within the facility, including furniture moves and repairs.
• Collaborate with staff to improve residents' living quarters.
• Perform preventive maintenance rounds and assess different facility aspects.
• Complete any assigned special projects as designated by Maintenance Director.
• Work with Maintenance Director to improve overall function of systems.
