Job summary

Mission-Pharmaca is seeking a maintenance worker to perform general campus upkeep, including repairs to concrete, stucco and sheetrock. The role involves interior/exterior painting, floor care, and operating lifts with attention to safety and SOP guidelines.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED with 12–18 months of related experience or training. No licenses required; strong reading, writing, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• : Must be able to read and understand manuals and procedures; write routine reports; communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Repairs concrete, stucco and sheetrock.
• Paints interior and exterior walls and trim; performs minor painting.
• Floor care: cleans floors and applies sealant.
• Operate Scissor Lifts and Forklifts safely.
• Replace HVAC filters as scheduled.
• General maintenance incl. carpentry and plumbing tasks.
• Assist custodian team with cleaning duties as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
